In this full day extended version of Power Selling Pros popular Book More Calls class, trainees will develop the aptitude and muscle memory needed to master a proven call handling process that will help them book more calls and wow more customers over the phone. Trainees will also learn how to promote and sell service agreements on inbound and outbound calls which could quite possibly double dealer service agreement sales overnight! This is a call handling competency that can change company culture inside the office and increase trainee incomes, not to mention dealer sales. It is a “must attend” for anyone who answers the phone in your office! Objectives: Competency & Muscle Memory – Develop the competency and muscle memory necessary to effectively follow PSP’s proven call handling process. Confidence – Improve trainee confidence with an acquired ability to control the direction and outcome of each call. Customer Sensitivity – Increase trainee sensitivity to customer’s needs and develop their listening skills and emotional intelligence. Internalize Proven Process – Help trainees internalize a proven process that will enable them to book more calls and wow more customers over the phone. Closing Service Agreements – Help trainees promote and bring in service agreements over the phone.
